Hi, in 2020 I was walking all the time and doing floor exercises. 2021 I was sedentary as all getout, and I want to get back going again. My body is becoming a sack of formless gel and I hate it! I have to move again! For my sanity. I am quite weak and have bad knees so I was just wondering if anyone here has workout videos they find suitable for beginners. (I could sift through the internet myself but I'd rather pick the brains of people interested in fitness to try and avoid misinformation!) Thanks for reading :)

Yoga with Adriene on youtube has tons of yoga workouts, lots of gentle 15-30 minute routines and she's really good about showing modifications for people who have pain or limited mobility.

Thanks! I think my friends are big fans of her so i'll be sure to check it out

I discovered Chloe Ting back in 2020 when I started getting into fitness. She's a great starting point. Her workouts are super fun and engaging (not a lot of repetition, so they don't get boring). Good luck!

Edit: pick no jumping (low impact) Hiit vids for your knees. Chloe generally gives the low impact version of all her workouts in her videos though 😁
