I like that term "exercise snack." I do that, although not at as high an intensity, throughout the day. Even just silly stuff like running in place while I'm waiting for the microwave to finish, wall push-ups before I go to bed, lift laundry detergent jugs like kettlebells when I carry them from my car to their place in my laundry nook, etc. Anything to remind my body it's supposed to move.
I hate this. You can’t fool me, that’s exercise, not a snack!
