Does diet/nutrition go here?

A week and a bit ago I signed up to do a low-ish carb Mediterranean diet with my husband. This is a 12 week online plan and I thought it was worthwhile to get a meal plan/shopping list structured around 1500 calories a day. So far really struggling with it and have seen little or no progress (my fitness if going backwards as I have no energy to exercise). So I guess my goal is to stick with that for a few more weeks in order to give it a fair shake.

OT I definitely need to wear my glasses when reading - I read that as “monthly fitness goats.”

Which would, admittedly, make a fun thread.

Not my boast, but I was very pleased to see my aged-and-frail mother moving her leg more while exercising yesterday after breaking her hip a few weeks ago. I guess that’s the goal - get her muscles working again.

I'd be motivated by a monthly fitness goat. I'm going to assume each month we exchange goats so we don't get bored of the same goat hijinks.

It’s all the better since she has never liked exercise and has vascular dementia, so seeing her going on moving her leg after her very short home routine was a real plus!

We definitely need a monthly fitness goat swap!
