my goal this month is to start taking early morning walks.

I'm hoping I'm finally over being sick all the damn time and am back in the swing of cycling. I've gotten in 5 rides in the last 8 days and I have a tiny race series tomorrow morning. I had my 2nd and 3rd fastest times ever on a couple of climbs today, so I'm feeling pretty good about things at the moment. I just need to stay healthy and keep on track for at least 4 rides a week for a while so I stop feeling like a blob. :-)

I would like to

-do cardio 4x a week -try pilates. I honestly haven’t ever done it -continue to lift twice a week

I'd love to get past my plateau of a mile for running. I can walk nonstop no problem, but I want to build up the stamina for when I jog!

Thankfully I have a treadmill at a convertible desk at work so I'm trying to do one mile minimum a day, and light weights when I can. Then it's sports twice a week and gym in between when I can. It's definitely made a huge difference for me so far with weight loss and I want to keep that going.
