Dance as much as I can. I forgot how fun jumping around can be and how much activity it actually makes you do.

Oh I love this!

I'm pregnant and have put on so much weight. I'm so tired all the time, but I'd love to get to the gym 12 times in June. That's my goal.

I'm going to be doing a ton of walking in a couple of months during a business trip, so I've been walking almost every day around my neighbourhood and noticing my stamina improving quite quickly! It's also sort of "zen" to just spend an hour in the fresh air looking at birds and rabbits and trees. I've noticed I'm a bit trimmer too as a result. I'm not exactly measuring anything by proper parameters but I'm definitely motivated to keep it going. :)

I can go from downward dog to a low chaturanga to upward dog without taking the weight off my hands and toes in between. It's been a year and a half since I could do that (pregnancy). Also, according to my Garmin watch, my fitness age is 22. I'm not sure how they calculate that considering people hit peak athletic performance at about 28, but a few months ago it was 40something so yay improvement.

My first Triathlon in two years is at the end of the month and I'm really excited about that.

Thinking of moving to a smaller, more weights oriented gym. Same price as my old place.

My favourite health teacher when I was a kid loved to use the word "specificity" -- sounds like you know what you want to focus on and that's great!
