This totally reads like a truthlighting bait post from a deep-cover terf (where "truthlighting" is a word I made up right now for... like gaslighting, but planting the truth). But #nope, we got a real live self-awarewolf here
Truthlighting is a great term! I used to post on r/gendercynical with little truthlight lanterns. I always got upvoted there too, it's a very confusing subreddit...

I'll have to go look and see what /r/gendercynical is about (I've never rlly used reddit outside of a couple subs strictly focused on hobbies/activities/languages)
Good luck! I always go in there with an open mind, hoping one of them might have some logic I have yet to explore or something. But, nope. The mental gymnastics they employ is hella confusing to follow. They lean on logical fallacies for their arguments which makes it hard to understand what they take issue with. It is a strange place for internet babies with no critical thinking skills.
That could describe any of the trans subs ahah
Is this one different from the others in some way? or will I just be gawking at more of the usual train wrecks and rotting word salads😅?
It's word compost there. They don't interact with all our posts, they have some kinda byline that their mission is to point out how we aren't feminists or something. They know they can't interact with all our posts or else r/gendercynical would be a peaking machine. So they cherry pick posts where they see us discussing race or sexism and then they say: "this is just thinly veiled __________" insert: racism, ableism, denialism, etc. Nothing is ever interacted with on face value and the post has to supposedly deal with a conflict in feminism (in their opinion) - which is also why they have days and days between posts. Their options are: twist our words and make up hidden meanings or refuse to interact because our post makes them feel dysphoric.
This is a community to talk about games, discuss them, and find women to play with. Games include video games, board games, pen and paper, tabletop, and anything of the like. Tell us what you're playing, recommend or critique games, share news and articles about games or stories from your gaming sessions, or form a new group to have adventures with!
If you are looking for other women to play with, please flair your post with "looking for game" or "looking for players". Spoilers should be labelled as such.
A lot of games feature misogynistic content or imagery - discussion of these aspects is encouraged, but please refrain from telling anyone what she can or can't play or enjoy. Console or franchise wars, elitism and debates over "casual" and "serious" games and gamers are not allowed.
While many games feature combat and violence as core aspects, please keep the glorification of violence to in-game only.
Links to any pirated content are not allowed and will be removed.
