Call me a Griffindor because I braved the bad optimization. Had to get off my tower and onto my laptop because graphics made the character models look like Thumb Wars on my first hour in. Runs like a charm on my laptop and am now Level 22. Have been enjoying the puzzles, challenges, and mysteries. There's even a lesbian as a character which only matters to me because I'm a lesbian.
I do understand people saying the minor characters are somewhat forgettable, but Sebastian and Naetti (?) Are both likeable. I like the professors. Wish they'd made Poppy and a Ravenclaw more prominent. Maybe they do but I've been off doing random stuff.
Over all if you've been hesitating to get this game but your PC is a monster, I recommend it. If you've been hesitating, but your PC needs some component updating, I'd hang on until some more optimization and work has been done to improve gameplay.
I truly feel like a delinquent 15 year old that skips classes and runs around town causing trouble. It's like the self insert fic I never knew I wanted.

I've been playing it on PS5 despite having an unneccesarily overkill PC because I wanted a physical version and I don't trust most companies with making an optimized PC version.
I just got to flying with a broom last night and have just been exploring and doing side stuff ever since. 😁
I should continue with the story since I've been seeing some cute little animal creatures around the open world that I'm sure I can keep as a pet later after I complete some quest.
What house are you in? I wish this game had multi player. I got the moon broom and it's so cute with it's little lantern :)
I picked Ravenclaw! 😁 They seem pretty cool and I like the colors. Before I realized how incredibly massive the game is, I thought about doing a 2nd playthrough later with a TIM Slytherin named Erma Gerdemann, and making him a wizard cause my Hogwarts is terfy. Now I'm thinking that there's no way I have time for another playthrough when I'm 100%ing my first run.
I chose the firey looking broom, but transmogged it into a different one - I forget which.
I haven't encountered the lesbian?. I too would love to see myself represented. Who is it? I don't mind the spoiler. Feel free to DM me.

COMPLTELY AGREED on the "wish they'd made a Ravenclaw more prominent". I played my first playthrough as a hufflepuff and enjoyed it immensely, but only remembered one Ravenclaw I even ran into (besides "puffskein dunkein") and that's Amit. So I started a new run after beating the storyline as a Ravenclaw, just to see if I can meet any actual ravenclaws lol
