If anyone has Xbox gamepass, Brotato is free on there and super fun. To quote the steam description, "Brotato is a top-down arena shooter roguelite where you play a potato wielding up to 6 weapons at a time to fight off hordes of aliens." If you don't have gamepass, it's usually just a few dollars on steam or mobile, and I've gotten more hours of happy gameplay out of than most titles I've ever purchased. It's a deceptively simple game where you only use the left control stick to maneuver your fighter, but the choices you make of weapons and upgrades between waves about your firepower, armor, dodge, and so forth give it a lot of depth. It also has local co-op if you buy the DLC (also really inexpensive). I can't say it's a pro-woman or feminist game (every potato seems like a silly trope of a man), but it's very cute and doesn't have any misogyny at all. The graphics remind me of old newgrounds animations. I'd rate it 10/10, honestly my favorite video game I've played since my days of completing Tomb Raider and Doom.
