How pretty! 😍

Wow! Gorgeous!

I only planted mine up 2 weeks ago, so they’ve got some time to go yet.

This is the 4th season for my largest one, plus I now have several good sized offshoot bulbs that should bloom this year as well. Sonnet…. I use the foliage in my plantings each summer and bring the bulbs into my cool basement for storage in early fall.

That's really amazing! I got an off-shoot bulb from my sou le amaryllis, but this is my first time having them. Don't know if it will make it. Anyway, I love them! How long have you had the off-shoots?

The offshoots are now going into their second season. I had one big enough last year to bloom, but the others are still too small.

Lovely! Mine blooms today or tomorrow too.

Have you successfully saved and rebloomed the bulbs?

No, this is my first time having amaryllis. I bought the bulbs. But I have one off-shoot bulb. Don't know if it will make it, but I hope so.

I’ve never rebloomed one either, but I am planning to try with this one next year too.

It look so long to start that we worried the bulb would never sprout…but then once it started it was so virile that we’ve all been watching in total amazement.

It's really a joy to follow their blooming. You must be looking forward to seeing the flower 😊
