I would love to hear your advice or experience because I am so very tired of straight radfems and lots of GC women saying the most ridiculous homophobic things and thinking it's some radical challenge against the evil oppressive LGBTQ+ who are forcing rainbows and "woke" gay rights down their throats or something lmao. And downplaying homophobic violence and oppression by men so they can act like lesbians all live in some magical man-free and patriarchal-law-free zone (I for one am trying!!).
It's quite alienating to have the additional issues we face disregarded if not denied utterly by our sisters so regularly, and I understand why a lot of lesbians I know disengaged from the movement, but at the same time radfems being homophobic doesn't change my agreement with the radfem analysis of misogyny and so on... Have any of y'all succeeded in getting through to this type of radfem or do you find it generally a waste of time?
Note: I hope you'll understand why I haven't listed specific examples as I don't intend to attack any individual women on this site, break the guidelines, or be accused of starting fights, just looking for insight into how other lesbian radfems handle this.. but yes I do see this on here a lot.

Yes, "womanhood" in a nutshell, well, respectable "womanhood" anyway. There's always the other things females are forced to be relegated to because of males...
What dumb fuck. So, females continue to do the dishes regardless of their imaginary religious identity? No way, how could that be????? I can't believe someone typed that and didn't have a "wait a sec…" moment.
The utter stupidity, like thought y'all wanted to be men so you didn't have to do forced unpaid female centered labour hmm?
Reposting because I posted in wrong circle

If I was a TIF that would make me apoplectic.
All that effort to escape and yet your inability to actually escape is a punchline.
Maybe women should unite and overthrow sexist roles instead of trying to individually escape.
Ana Mardoll IS a TIF, weirdly enough. A very screwed up one.
This sums it up so tragically perfectly. I really, really hope women who imagine that they can “identify” their way out of misogyny pay attention to stuff like this, because it comes up so ridiculously often.
