Welcome to all the lesbians who are new to Ovarit! There are already some newcomers here and I’m sure there will be more continuing to trickle in over the next few days now that r/lesbiangang is restricted.
Do familiarize yourself with the rules in the sidebar - I hope they should all be self-explanatory. Needless to say, you will not be banned for saying that lesbians don’t do dick - even when surgically inverted!
If you are bi or just also want to take part in a broader space, o/LovingWomen is a circle for all same-sex attracted women.
Feel free to introduce yourself here!
I hope after today's wave of bans, women from /lesbianfashionadvise will come here too.
Was that sub also banned? I know it was another sub that was over-run by TIMs and other genderspecials
Nah. Sub wasn't banned, but a lot of people were. TIMs were unhappy that they were not receiving positive attention.
Pft of course the TIMs weren’t, they think the entire world has to revolve around their delusion and their grooming of others
Ooh! Is there somewhere we can go to gather up the scattered flock and offer them invite codes?
Yes that would be a great idea! We’d still have to be cautious about handing out codes of course. It is Preddit after all 😒
The amount of lesbian subreddits I keep getting banned from and not even for saying much of anything (most recent was because I said that other white sapphics don't listen or support lesbian/bi women of colour music artists.... that one was defs a sensitive white male mod I'm sure)
I bet. Welcome!
Thanks! and yeah, it was a pretty popular reply (hit like 275 upvotes with multiple agreeing comments before it got removed). It's also kind of funny because I'm also white, I just happen to have eyes and can see that what's "popular" in today's lesbian circles is very white oriented, and artists like Kehlani (who I was referring to in my original post) are not often included, despite being pretty popular (hell, she had a guest role on the new L Word show!).
So it is what it is; I'm glad to see here is pretty relaxed about open discussions even if there are some slight disagreements!
Welcome sisters!! Revel in never having to deal with a terminally online male in a dress ever again!
It's OK to say how you really feel about the larping men. And there is no pronoun make-believe needed.
Welcome sisters.
