Okay I just came home from hanging out with two friends who are both straight women and very feminine. They know I'm gay but it's been several months since we've seen each other and I only recently came out within the last two years or so.

One of them acted normal but the other was absolutely coming onto me throughout the night and it was weird. She has a steady boyfriend she's been dating for years and hasn't expressed interest for women. This was the same woman I commented about a couple of days ago regarding her seemingly hyperfocusing on me being lesbian through jokes, etc.

I've heard other lesbians talk about being hit on by straight women. Is this actually some sort of bi-curiosity or bisexuality and she might be in the closet? Is it a weird behavior relating to her experiencing discomfort around a lesbian? Is it a means of attempting to obtain attention or sexual attention for the sake of feeling valued? What's going on??

Gender-critical or trans-critical content lacking a lesbian focus will be removed.
No derailing or hijacking. This refers to posting a comment that is unrelated to the topic of the post, which often kills the original discussion.
No pornography. NSFW posts must be marked as such.
No selfies or other sharing of personal identifying information; no spam; and no self-promotion.
No using the exclusivity of the circle in bad faith towards/about the rest of the site, its content, or other users, who cannot respond if they've been misunderstood or misrepresented.
