Masculine energy and masculine presenting women being shat on. Your thoughts on this?

We've all heard of butch and femme, but I find it gross that there are people even in the wlw community who don't like masculine women, that were male wannabes trying to replicate heternormativity. I think this attitude is bs. I consider myself a somewhat butch and masculine wlw. I was told I look like a tomboy wlw. I like feminine women, I admit I'm very attracted to feminine looking straight women, almost exclusively, and to see amongst my own community that masculine or butches are seen as nasty and gross seems like they are hitting below the belt with that one. It's almost akin to the homophobic attitudes straights have towards lesbians, butch lesbians in particular. I felt really disappointed by the butchphobia on lchat for example. I guess I just wondered if this is a general or widespread theme and attitude within the wlw or lesbian communities. If you'd like to clue me in on this, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I spit my tea out.

Edit to add because it fits well here:

I just saw "(non-binary, any pronouns are fine)" in a professional bio. I stared at the screen like 😐😐😐 for a full minute. She literally has blue hair. There's nothing about her that makes her sex remotely not apparent.

I would be tossing her resume.

She has a cushy job at a major U.S. academic institution. Sigh.
