Husband and I saw it over the weekend. While it cannot match the high-octane of FURY ROAD, we both liked it well enough. I've thought about it since and, for me, it feels more in tone with MAD MAX: BEYOND THUNDERDOME, with its slower pace and elaborate world building.

Also, I can't really discuss it as it would be Spoilers Ahoy, but I really liked Furiosa's character. She's a fascinating and realistic heroine to me, especially since she plays the long game. I also think FURIOSA followed with FURY ROAD would be a double feature to end all double features!

Shout out to anybody who considers Furiosa boundlessly superior to Fury Road. 8D

Very great movie. Anya Taylor-Joy just had an amazing performance all-around. I really liked the idea of the character of Furiosa and her mother.

Mad max Fury Road is my favorite Action movie of all time - I can’t wait to see Furiosa!

I saw it yesterday. I feel the same about it. I enjoyed it but not as much as Fury Road. Which was a high bar to meet. I might go see it again today!

I haven't seen it yet but I see lots of positive posts about it. and I know anya taylor joy and the strike actor are in it. So I am interested in watching it. It sounds like it's part of a series though. Can I just go watch it without any prior knowledge or is it necessary to see other movies first?

Waiting to see it. I love the spectacular of George Miller movies. From reviews it is not a repeat of Fury Road, has plenty of action but it also spends time expanding the story behind Furisoa's character and how she survives a violent unhinged world but still keeps her hope & humanity.

I'll watch it when its on TV I'm not that interested in it.

I think the real vehicles used and immortan joe made Fury Road it was a proper old school action film, this thing hasn't grabbed me from the adverts it looks like more CGI was used and I don't particularly find Hemsworth entertaining and he sure doesn't look as cool as imortan, more silly looking then menacing.
