TraffickingI don't know why Andrew Tate sneers at the left. They do so much for him.
Okay, from the Romanian point of view, Andrew Tate is a Muslim grooming gang leader. A foreigner who entered the country of Romania through lax immigration. With the intent of setting up a crime syndicate there. An immigrant who has contempt for the Romanian people and their laws. A weirdo is is far too interested in talking to underage boys and girls. An asshole who is eroding their society and costing them tax money.
Tate is a paragon of the very people Nigel Farage And Pals complain about on GB News nonstop.
I don't understand why so many in the right wing have sympathy with Tate. Well, I guess I do- they like his misogyny.
What I understand even less is Tate's hatred of the progressive left. Let me list the goodies progressive rhetoric has to offer:
1 ACAB. Including Romanian cops. 2. Prison should be abolished and replaced with recreational activities of the criminal's choice. 3. Sex work is work. 4. Islamophobia. 5. Xenophobia. 6. Poly. Andrew is just poly, you bigots. 7. He gives off Neurodivergent vibes. 8. He's a man of color when convenient. (And not when it isn't). 9. Age is just a number.
That's like.....a lot of things. More things than Andy can count. Under Pomo criteria, Andrew Tate is actually a saint. So maybe the radical left should like him more, I dunno.
I have no crystal ball, but I can't imagine the Romanian court systems letting him go at this point. He embarrassed them, for one. He claimed they'd do anything he ordered them to with a small bribe. They're not THAT poor, and he also is not THAT rich. That they put in this much effort, and have taken it this far, means they want a gem of a case to show the people. Fair enough. Romanian politicians know that Stalin and Mao killed millions of their own people, but died of old age. Meanwhile, the Ceausescus were shot on live tv. Apparently, it's not uncommon for low-level politicians like mayors to be beaten up by unhappy citizens. Putting Andrew away might pacify the people while they continue to fail Romanian women and girls.
Or, the Romanian government has truly had it because so have the people.
But what would help Andrew Tate bigly muchly hugely in the UK or the Pacific Northwest of the US? Would be to cry bigotry. Restorative Justice- to Andy. Say that trafficking girls is karma for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. That sex work is work anyway, and Andrew is poly, which is valid.
Say that "idiotic" is a white supremacist dog whistle for Andrew's neurodivergent habit of incriminating himself on social media.
He also said on camera that he would totally do a TIM if said TIM looked hot enough, making him queersexual.
Andy is sitting on golden bullshit and if he were in the right location, this would totally work.
He should reconsider his stance on the left.
But I'd like to note that many slicker, smarter human traffickers use this crap to get away with what they do. Leftist women in particular need to all out this bullshit.
