I didn’t peak until well after all the GC and radfem spaces were banned from Reddit and only discovered this site after seeing someone complain about it on the detrans sub.

This sub has helped me feel very much not alone and a lot less crazy. I want to tell other women about it, but no one told me so I don’t know the rules. Can I be like “pssst - I know a place” when I see another soon to be banned woman because she mentioned that she actually agreed with JK or is that not something this site and it’s admins want?

I think it is hilarious how many women have peaked by looking up what the evil TERFs are actually saying.

I think a good litmus test for truth is when opinion overwhelmingly converts in one direction. "Peak trans" is a term because it's such a widespread phenomenon. Meanwhile I have not heard of even one person converting from GC to QT.

I’ve heard of it, they went back to QT because they were upset about offending people and couldn’t take the pressure from friends/family. I’ve never heard anyone go back because GC was logically inconsistent and QT made sense upon closer inspection (because they aren’t and they don’t).

I've seen one (Amy Dyess is her name, I think) who claimed to go from GC to QT but upon further investigation it was clear she didn't understand the argument.

Also, that camp has a habit of labeling people "terf" or "GC" who aren't actually, just because they're against trans or trans people. It's lazy. So for all we know, someone claiming to go from GC/terf to QT may not have been GC/terf in the first place.

I’ve heard of people converting from GC to QT, but every time I expect the story to end with everyone standing up and clapping for that man, who was actually Albert Einstein.

I would make sure to vet anyone before giving out codes because we don't want handmaiden nonsense on here.

Go for it. Part of the reason you don't see it recommended so much on the male-run sites is that comments that recommend it get deleted by power-crazed men. It's not a closed group here.

The Feminism: Sex and Gender board of Mumsnet is another place you should check out and tell other women about, OP. There are strict moderation rules around language - and some topics are forbidden - on the Feminism section of Mumsnet, but it's the "radicalization portal" where women in Great Britain gathered to reach peak trans en masse, then mobilized to begin stopping the trans agenda in its tracks. Mumsnet is why the UK is now known as "TERF Island."

Oh, I don’t plan on broadcasting. I’m actually kind of nervous because of how quickly you get banned these days

I speak about Ovarit only to people whom I know personally and know they are very GC. (I wrote people, yes I spoke to male friends about it 😅) But the existence of Ovarit doesn't seem secret on the internet. It didn't take me long to find it out once I looked for a GC platform.

It’s kind of an “exercise your best judgment” thing. I’ve given out a handful of codes to recently peaked women.

The twitter account is not currently the best way to request a code.

If you don't have Twitter, you can also email Ovarit and request one. Took about 2-3 weeks to get a response, but they did send one.
