This is the regular rainbow flag though. Not the ugly progressive one. I'm okay seeing the rainbow flag. And aside from this instance I don't think people should let themselves be ruled up against the rainbow flag, which still means something to a lot of us regardless of what you believe about what TQ does. You don't need to erase us alongside them just because you're fed up with them.
Agreed. I hate how anti-gay ppl are and it's a direct result of trans ideology
All the rainbow flags mean the same thing to me these days honestly - as they do to most people I think at this point. I'm not "erasing" anybody, the flags have simply changed in meaning.
No the rainbow flag is the gay flag. The progress flag is the uwu trans flag
Kind of wish I could take my daughter there.
No gay reason, she just loves rainbows lol
I actually would love to ride my bike down it and pretend I'm in Mario Kart lmao.
Canada is the worst when it comes to the virtue signaling Olympics. Sorry if you're Canadian!
Maybe 20 years ago it would have symbolized something positive... Now it's a symbol of our tyrannical state religion.
That would be cool and fun if it was just an art piece. Now it's just depressing.
If the info about the numerous "pride and diversity" painted pathways (with thousands spent by local governments) isn't scrubbed, it's gonna be such a wtf moment in history. Future gens will say, "Lolz look how primitive people in 2020 were. They were wasting so much funding on making symbols of peace on the ground made to be walked on, and then complained of bigotry when people walked on them."
My first thought was honestly Mario Kart, tbh
where the seemingly endless path stands for being a lifelong medical patient (and client!)? How apt.
Oh man I am so going to drive my go-kart all over this, throwing shells, dropping banana peels, eating mushrooms. Mario's dream come true!
