The good thing if that's true is the positive vote totals for these comments, which give reassurance that most people out there—even most people in zones of the internet that are hopelessly kettled by TRAs—are still clinging to sanity on these topics (and/or cynicism with respect to anything that's as transparently a top-down social engineering op as transgenderism is).
I think a simple comparison to this would be us vs. the animal kingdom.
We're the only species on this planet that is thinking about gender and how we conform to what we associate male and female outside of our sex, and animals just are what they are.
We're the ones who make this needlessly difficult, but if we were more like our genetic cousins (bonobos and chimps) these discussions wouldn't exist.
Now that's some gender criticism right there!
