The vast majority of them seem to acknowledge that the porn industry exploits people and would never want one of their kids to enter the porn industry yet they not only tolerate porn but also actively watch and support an industry that actively exploits so many people...
In a forum where I used to lurk there were two women who did porn and who did not want their kids to do porn once they got older...
One of them sold nudes when she was " barely legal " meaning late teens and early 20s something and she said she would feel heartbroken if one of her possible future children did porn...
The other still does porn at a site called " Chaturbate " despite having a real job as a nurse ( I think she does porn because she actively likes it especially the male attention since she seems to have started doing porn after her husband cheated on her and divorced her ) and she said she would give her daughters a huge " womp " if she caught them sexualizing themselves and posting it Online for the entire world to see when they grow up...
She is a degenerate porn addict but she seems to acknowledge that pornography is degrading and does not want her daughters to fall in that degenerate lifestyle when they are older...
It is an awful industry that people go very far to defend despite knowing it is not really something that can be defended due to all sorts of reasons...
I think deep down most people ( porn addicts included ) acknowledge that in an ideal world porn would not exist...

I worked at McDonald's for over five years.
If a female employee at McDonald's collapsed, she would be unable to work and would receive medical attention immediately. A manager would be required to help her.
If a "sex worker" were to collapse, she'd still be "working" and the punter might be happy that she would "shut her wh*** mouth" and stop (rightfully) complaining. The pimp wouldn't care unless the punter got mad.
EDIT: I'm gonna add to this. At McDonald's, there was no expectation for us to touch customers' bodily fluids. If we were cleaning bathrooms, we were provided with gloves. Same with all cleaning actually. Compare this to "sex workers", who are expected not only to touch bodily fluids but also to ingest them. There's no personal protective equipment for "sex workers".
