An autopsy revealed that Aubrey had severe brain swelling, severe brain bleeding, bleeding in the spinal cord, and acute bleeding in the eyes. The medical examiner found that these injuries are all consistent with severe acute acceleration/deceleration injury, also known as “shaken baby syndrome” or “abusive head trauma.” Outside of the findings in the brain and eyes, there were no other significant injuries to Aubrey. The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be blunt force injuries of the head.

Choking on water can do all that, obviously

upon further questioning, such as, ‘your excuse is as stupid and useless as you are , The defendant said he initially lied about what happened to his daughter because the defendant has a criminal history and was afraid to go to jail
