I have a specially modified searchlight that can project what looks like a sign saying “Lesbian Only Bar” a mile offshore or off the edge of a cliff

I never thought about what I could do with that

I think there are so many of these stories because men understand that their lust for women is SO GREAT they would definitely do absolutely brain dead things like swim into deep water, walk off cliffs, go into uncharted forests, etc., to get laid.

"Why would he do that? Is he stupid??"

"He saw a beautiful woman and wanted sex."

"Oh, understandable, I'd probably do the same."

We need more male free climbers for this exact reason 😤 #SafetyIsForLosers

Don't try to swim out to a mermaid singalong you weren't invited to??

On a (slightly) more serious note, this reminds me of something. Every few weeks on Twitter, a TikTok video of girls doing a coordinated dance or singing along to Taylor Swift will go around and red pill-type men will flip. the. fuck. out. It's the end of the West! All women are whores! This is why the birthrate is in free fall! I wonder if that's related to the fairy tale and mythology trope of groups of beautiful young women singing, dancing, and luring men to their deaths.

Very interesting take! But sadly I think it's more simple, these types of men just get pissed when women do something with their life, time, and bodies that is for their own enjoyment and not primarily for men.

Misogynist men hate any reminder that women are people with their own views, experiences, goals, and desires.

You're probably right. Unless it's something explicitly, or at least strongly implied to be for men, a certain kind of man will get butthurt that men aren't being centered. Makeup tutorials, knitting instructional videos, "clean with me" TikToks are all ok because they're all non-threatening, vaguely wifely content. "Day in the life" videos about women going to work at their white collar jobs or traveling internationally are not.

She's talking to you, Ulysses. lol. The sirens are just minding their own business, singing their song.

If I believed in an afterlife than this would be afterlife goals.

Same. If my dad's eclectic mix of Catholicism and staunch belief in actual real ghosts was right, I'll see you there.

Perhaps we could have an alter for the ghosts where women can leave names of deserving men.
