Ok, so I see there is somehow a post about this on this circle but I'd also like to ask for myself: I think I would like to go back to school for mechanical engineering. I have non-STEM degree so this would need to be a second undergrad degree as I'm not qualified for a grad program in this field.
I've been around science/engineering industries for a while, and I regret not being one of them, it's always been interesting to me. In school I wasn't 'naturally gifted' at math so I didn't think I could go this route, though I never hated/failed math either. Like the other poster on here I was a naturally gifted writer/artist so I went where my strengths were. However, even the engineers I know with the most boring of desk jobs still intrigue me, because they're making something and I guess some of this is me wanting to have a solid skill. Making things look/function nicely is good but it's not the same as knowing how things work.
There was a while where I thought I might go to study architecture but the thought of what is mainly a design degree, vs the person who knows how the building is fabricated, became less appealing to me.
If there are any engineers on here I'd really appreciate hearing about any of your experiences, as I only have a couple of loose acquaintances in the field. Maybe what you wish you knew when you started out and also input on the practicality of this path. There aren't many degrees I would go back for another bachelor's in but should I complete the program it seems like a practical/useful choice (in addition to being a field I'm extremely interested in).
Write "I'M A GIRL I'M A GIRL I'M A GIRL" in huge letters in dripping red paint all over the walls.
I can’t understand the obsession tips have with femininity/masculinity. Most people just decorate their rooms with things they like, regardless of whether it’s feminine/masculine.
That room is completely generic. Try getting a fucking personality, Greg
I was gonna say, that's the most teenage boy/young adult man room ever, but young men are pretty generic. All that talk about "men need personalities unlike women so they develop them young" but then they can't make a non-stereotypical decision to save their life.
Looks like he has heartstopper on his bookshelf too. Gay male transgender? Pity he bought the trans hype.
Incels are ruining indoor plants purely by association (even with plastic ones like here).
NGL, this is the tidiest room inhabited by a TIM I've ever seen in my life, by a wide margin. Most of them look like the dumpster that's shared between a Game Stop and a Taco Bell.
Notice you only see a tiny bit of the room. I would bet money there's a reason he isn't showing the complete pic.
Bright pink glitter. Slather it across your walls.
I mix clear glitter into my menstrual blood to make organic paint. My walls are AMAZING but I'm definitely not getting my security deposit back
I use a mixture of rainbow glitter and silver.
I thought being a woman was an inherent feeling, deep down in one’s soul- so much so that these men “just know” that they’re women from childhood.
The giant whale stuffed animal 😂 why do they love that so much.
My kid saw that whale in ikea the other day and fell in love with it.
I had to very quickly nope that idea and steer him towards the polar bears. I hate that they have ruined an innocent and very cute toy.
I would've gotten it just out of spite
Ugh, I looked at that photo and the only thing that could improve that is fire, and plenty of it.
Their lairs are always so gross and smelly-looking. Even with the ones that don't seem that bad, like this one, you only have to scratch the surface to reach nightmare material.
Use a garter belt to hang a light from the ceiling. Mount some tasseled boobies from plaques on the wall, taxidermy-style (fake is fine, but maybe you have a TIF friend).
Move out so that your mom can use it as a hobby room
This is the best, & correct, answer
