Male Bees are only good for one thing! Mating! And once they do that they die! And some of them get kicked out of the hive and left to die even before they ever get to mate too! XD

Not to defend the monarchy, but human kings tended to at least do some fighting in wars. (Did they imagine the "king" bee pouring over maps and devising war strategies for the soldier bees to carry out? Writing letters and forging alliances with other hives? 🤭)
Tis pretty hilarious that scrotes found out that the species that they idolized was secretly Gynocentric and Matriarchal all along and males do not play much of an important role in them at all...! XD
A lot of bees do this in the winter. They kick all the males out of the hive to ensure they have enough food for the winter for the bees that actually work. Males are just a drain on resources when they aren't impregnating the queen.
The worker bees will also raise up against the Queen and take her out if she isn't laying enough or good eggs.

Queen bees are made Queen by the workers (who feed them special food so they can become queens) and their reign is ended by the workers, too ...
Plus, the queen is actually the sister of the worker bees, by the same mother, so they're not oppressed peasants in any way.
