I am pretty good at making simple Wikis so far and can add images including GIFs to them... I can also try adding videos...
I can also create some simple HTML games including anything made with Scratch pretty much! : https://scratch.mit.edu/
Once I am done with your website I will upload it to Glitch and you will be able to remix it and even download it to host it elsewhere : https://glitch.com/
Websites can be hosted for free on Glitch but anonymous projects get taken down after a few days but you can remix it to keep it for longer or upload it again!
Other places that can host a simple website for free for you are Neocities : https://neocities.org/
And Nekoweb among others : https://nekoweb.org/
