The NIH cuts use lists of taboo words to remove grants that have them in the abstract. Forbidden words include "female" and "women", but not "male" and "men".
The rest of the list is crazy, too, but this is a particular brazen attack on women's health.
Note that the CDC has removed a lot of data from its pages because it obviously had numbers by sex and other unpatriotic criteria.
