Well, there it is. Comprehensive, but succinct, it boils the gender ideology versus material reality debate down to a single question. Is the foundation for Title IX based on biological sex or subjective feelings? If SCOTUS does not rule favorably, then it’s over. This is a case regarding sports, where there is no doubt that biological sex matters, AND it involves law that is specifically designed to protect and advance female participation in sports.
The full document is worth a read. With all the BS and lies we are subjected to daily on this topic, reading a clear, reasoned defense of women’s sex-based rights loosens the chokehold and allows one to relax into the calm and peace that comes from speaking the truth.
