I need help in Texas soon!

I've been working on passing a bill to protect female athletes in Texas for over 6 months. I've testified several times but we keep running into roadblocks. The Governor has now called a third special session that will include our bill. I have no idea when the hearing will be except that it will be someday after the session starts on Sep 20. I need all hands on deck to be on call to come to testify when the time comes. Sometimes we get a few days, notice sometimes less than a day.
