The ability to display a country flag or world region next to the usernames sitewide
I think I'd be neat to know what region of the world the speakers are from, if country flags (in emoji format?) are a no-go then a wide world region by political divisions could do
Ex:
North America
South America
Central Europe
Northern Europe
Middle East
East Asia
etc.
It could off course be optional and could be toggled on and off.
