This is something Ruqqus does, and I think it's very handy. I appreciate when OPs add a Summary or TDLR of some sort when they share a 40 min video or a long-form article and this allows users to do that.

If it is helpful, I have noticed that Ruqqus' code is a public project on GitHub. I read this one is based on Throat; I'm not sure if they are related. I don't code anymore, but when i was learning html back in the day i'd often look at precedents of sites i liked for the code.

Obviously, there are ways around it (such as submitting a comment or including links within a comment), so i would not make it a priority.
