Sometimes posts/comments are deleted for common reasons like breaking circle rules or cleaning up child comments of a deleted parent comment.
Currently, it appears moderators must write a custom message for each removal.
My suggestion would be to add a drop-down menu to the "deletion reason" pop-up that shows up when deleting a post/comment, filled with deletion reason options input by the circle's moderators.
Deletion reasons related to a rule could be added as another field when creating a rule in the Edit Rules section, like Reddit does. Or deletion reasons could just be added independently from rules. (Because a reason like "cleaning up orphan comments" would not be correlated to a rule).
The text input could still be there in case the mod wants to write a custom deletion reason. (The drop-down could simply overwrite the text in the text input upon drop-down item selection.)
