First of all, they already look like buttons to me.

But more importantly, I find myself sometimes wanting to view any post with a particular flair. It would be pretty cool if you could click on a flair to see all posts that have that flair (displayed in reverse chronological order, like the rest of the site). I assume that would probably be limited within the circle the post was made under, because it seems that circles have their own unique flairs.
