Currently there's a bug preventing at least 1 new user from posting/commenting at all. I'm not sure if PMs are working for her, either.

Fortunately she was able to reach me on another site, so I could post in /o/Bugs on her behalf. Otherwise, there is no way to report it.

Could you add a page with an official contact form, info about reddit/Twitter/Spinster/other accounts that people can reach out to... or just anything aside from having to post in /o/Bugs? I understand TRAs might try to spam or harrass via these other methods, but maybe you could come up with something.
