I am sad about She hulk design
I see that a lot of women are appreciating the series but I am just disappointed and sad. I started to think and it pisses me off that I can not come up with a single female character who is supposed to just be ugly, old, unhygenic or just generally unappealing to men, not one! The she hulk model is just a normal fit woman with green skin and model face (she is not even remotely as jacked as real culturist women!!!), nothing like male hulk who despite "being a monster" can be loved. I want a woman's character who can also "be a monster" or just ugly and still be loved. Never seeing that is just depressing. Maybe I am complaining too much but I feel burried about how high the expectations of beauty on women are placed, like they are so high we can not even get a likeable female character who is not sexually appealing in some way. This is especially unjust watching how male characters can look in whatever way (be it real ugly actors like Adam Sandler or Danny Devito or cgi creations like Hulk, Thanos, etc.) and still be interesting, are we ever getting the same?
