I was going to watch it, but then I read the male leads OWN WORDS from a podcast where he describes raping a masseuse. He says now “it wasn’t real” and “he was just pushing the line on being shocking” or whatever other lame reason. There was never a criminal complaint - I can’t help but feel this is potentially an immigrant woman who wouldn’t have filed a complaint and would not have heard about a random podcast. But I don’t think I can watch it now.
ETA he’s not the lead (Steven Yeun) but he’s a secondary character and the show has used a lot of his art.
It hurts my feelings when men say that I wouldn't want to be a man, because men have it so hard. They don't know how much I'd love to have the higher respect, physical strength, make more money and be taken seriously. If I were treated like a human being I would be so happy!
The reference to jealousy is informative. It supports my belief that identifying as a woman almost never means identifying with women as a class.

Same. I’m tired of the negativity around it. Being in too much pain to stand is not a normal period symptom, it is dysfunction and a result of medical misogyny. Periods within the range of normal are just one more sign that we are the creators
Those women, consciously or unconsciously, are hoping he won't transition and start associating himself with women.
If he craves period pain so much, he can use one of those fun machines that simulate just that. I'd love to see how long he lasts.
It's clearly a very good thing he can never give birth to his own child. But it is not so good that he can even father a child. No child should have a parent like this man.
He thinks woman means fucking all the time and being told how hot you are from dawn to dusk. How many of these failed men are there? The last two generations seem like a bust.
I doubt he'd be happy as a woman. A change in gender, were it possible, does not equal a change in mindset.
This is just nonsensical. You have no idea what it's like to menstruate or be pregnant. You do not and cannot know if it would be "worth it" to you because you do not and cannot have a female body.
You could always get enough blood drawn such that you're anemic and have someone punch you in the gut nonstop for three to five days, bud.
That still wouldn't be a period but it'd at least a day and a half of that would get you sobbing you don't want to be a woman anymore.

I see no reason why these shouldn't be illegal the same way sex dolls that look like children are.
Okay buddy, I’m the transfairy and I will grant you your wish to be female. You will be re-conceived as a girl. But there’s a catch - you’ll be conceived by a woman in rural India. I can’t guarantee you won’t be aborted as soon as the parents learn your sex. I can’t guarantee you won’t be kidnapped and gang raped at age six by a bunch of 20 year olds who nab you when you use the outhouse at night. I can’t guarantee you won’t be sold to a 40 year old man when you get your first period. I can’t guarantee you won’t die in childbirth at age 12, or develop a rectovaginal fistula that leaves you an outcast because you constantly leak feces through your vagina. I can’t guarantee you’ll receive basic education let alone be allowed to go to college.

I don’t mean to come across as insensitive but would this really deter trans-identified men from wanting to become a woman?
At the start of my peak, I had some optimism for them… But nowadays I have a belief that they would really want something like this because it’ll only ever affirm their false ideas that they are women. Any pain that may stem from being female is something they desperately desire and they tend to think that feeling this way is what makes them more woman than actual, natural women.
They feel more like women than natural women because they would savor the pain of periods and pregnancy. They feel more like women because they understand what men want ( makeup, sexual deviancy, etc ) and would preform such things without a second thought. They feel more like women than natural woman because they’d look at everything you just said and see this as nothing but a win and will accept such a transformation from this transfairy.
I’m starting to notice more and more that what they mean by “ we are more woman than you’d ever be “ is that they would accept the misogyny through and through— even if it means rape and possible death afterwards.
Such a nasty , disgusting movement and I’m sick and tired of it.
I’d like to think that only the mentally illest of the mentally ill would view gang rape as some sort of sick affirmation… 😳
