SpoilerResident Alien season 3 discussion
So I know that some of women on Ovarit are watching Resident Alien. I've just finished the 3rd season and a bit sad that now I have to wait.
If you have finished too, what were your favourite moments? Was the final twist surprising for you?
I am personally happy that Kate got her baby back! Regarding Harry - I knew something was up, I couldn't believe he just left his child, but couldn't figure out what exactly hapenned, so I was surprised by the end. Thank goddes, we have Max!
I also laughed when Mike finally saw an alien!
I wish there were more Max and his friend. I loved them. I am so pissed there are only 8 eps! I need more. There is no good TV for me to watch anymore. I swear I have already watched all the best shows. There are no more funny quality shows to watch. Can you make any recs? I just keep rewatching old favorites.
Love Max and Sahar too! I was so scared when she said she was going to leave the city and was happy when she came back!
As for the recs, I am more into drama, than comedy, but here are some comedies or dramedies that just came to my mind:
Ghosts (if I am not mistaken you've watched the US one - do watch the UK version too).
Green Gloves Gang- about elderly ladies doing hosts in Robin Hood like style.
Dead to me ( This is a dramedy, but I loved it).
Fleabag; This way up - two more British comedies.
We are lady parts - Also British, but about teens and female bank band:)
The US version of Ghosts is wonderful. I couldn't get into the UK version, most of the characters just aren't likeable to me.
I have remembered two more: Russian Doll and Poker Face with Natasha Lyonne
When Harry ate pie and spit it out, I knew for sure they had replaced him.
It was reay fun watching everyone move around

I wonder how they are going to get Harry back to earth, but this is a great way for Alan Tydyk to play the Alien Harry differently, as he has been doing in each season but probably not on purpose.

I adore this show! I haven't watched the final ep so I guess I shouldn't have read this. doh! Kate didn't even want that baby and was relieved when she thought she wasn't pregnant, so I am not thrilled about this --I guess I'll have to watch it.
Did you see the plot line where Kate has been getting abducted by aliens to hold her baby,only to not rememeber it the next day?
And last week she was hand cuffing herself to the bed and brought a marker to write on herself "It is real"
She asks Harry to hyponotize her and she tells him about seeing her baby on the alien ship when she gets abducted, and he says "when you wake up, you will rememeber everything"
She knows her baby exists and has already formed a bond with her.
Yeah, Harry switches at the last moment. It was shocking. He said he would not let her remember at first. I think it was a pretty powerful scene.
Watching Kate, D'Arcy, and Asta run around the alien ship was so fun!
