I have just rewatched the season 1of Jessica Jones, and I'm amazed by the way it portrays toxic masculinity, physical and psychological violence by boyfriends and ex-boyfriends, as well as toxic mother-daughter relationship.
And it portrays women being physically strong without questioning their femininity ❤️
Really, this series is much deeper than what I noticed the first time around. Melissa Rosenberg did an amazing job in creating a superhero series that's not all about celebrating men.
