Just got around to watching the House of the Dragon finale and...
I loved the 1st season but IDEK where to start with the 2nd season; it started off pretty great and after Rook's Rest they just decided to let it live down in the mud.
Almost literally too. Y'all. I don't know if mud wrestling with a TIM has a place anywhere in HOTD but I know for certain that it doesn't belong in a season finale. It's almost like the showrunners knew they had an ultimate snoozefest on their hands with the second half of the season and started panicking when they got to the finale and upon asking the writer's room what they could do about it, 'insert a TIM being a woman but also a super bro somehow (it's almost like they're acknowledging that it's really a dude, IDK) who's trashy and campy and low brow, and have him mud wrestle our comedic punching bag Tyland Lannister' was the best they could offer.
IDK. Just thought it was funny that they threw a TIM into the mix. Almost like they're begging all their genderwooed fans to keep watching. "See? The writing this season is atrocious but look at how progressive we are! Slay qween!"
