"no rape occured" they say as if hundreds of women haven't been raped and threatened into silence by prisons already.

Like. Of course they'd say it wasn't rape, because of it was it would prove the mean terfs right that having these men in women's prisons is dangerous.

How can anyone definitively say it wasn’t rape? There’s a power differential. He could easily over power her. He could use his male body to offer protection.

This, plus, what woman in her right mind would want to have sex with a man who murdered his own parents? I mean, come on. Common sense.

Yeah, I know, common sense is not enough for a judge, which is exactly why you don't force women into close quarters with males, duh. Rape is difficult to prove, so it is best to completely prevent it. Which in prisons would be easy peasy.

(Male prison guards for women's prisons are an idiotic idea, but if they must exist, laws must be made so that any sex between a guard and a prisoner is automatically considered rape.)

Who could have predicted that a man who murdered his own parents would use a giant legal loophole to get himself into women's prison in order to sexually exploit women??
