There's really no way it could be true, but let's pretend it was. Then you're right, feminine men doing gross stuff to cope isn't our concern. Also paying attention to how he said "feminity" not the female sex itself.

If you concede the point that all their disordered behavior is rooted in being "denied" femininity...well, it's still disordered behavior. They're still harassing and abusing women and children. And it just increases the net amount of harm in the world to indulge them.

I will admit I don’t understand their target-location error mechanism, sexually. I am good at empathy and can understand a lot of things sexually even if they’re not my fetish, but I can’t begin to understand wanting to be the woman you would fuck.
Either they find it so humiliating to be a woman (bc they hate us so much that they think it's the worst possible thing that could happen to a man) or then they have a lesbian fetish and wanna be a lesbian, or then they get turned on by violating our boundaries (going into our wc and locker rooms) or then they are desperate incels that could never get to be with a woman, so they "become" their idea of perfect woman, thinking they can do it better than any of the women who have rejected them. Or then they're gay and want to sleep with straight men.

There's so much wrong with what he's saying but I'll try to go over the most obvious lies.
People with unfulfilled needs do not make fetishes out of them in any other situation. For example starved people don't have food fetish, poor people don't have money fetish, chronically ill people don't get turned on by the thought of being healthy and people without clean drinking water won't get "euphoria boner" if their situation resolves. "Feminity" is not a need, it's not neutral thing either, it wouldn't exist without our current culture. It's a scrote fantasy about women that all penis people are conditioned to find attractive. MEN have fetish for it even if they don't want to practice it themselves, but in a case that a male does try to replicate that fantasy that all penis "people" are already into then it's AGP. Feminity is highly fetishised even outside of TiMs, they just take it one step futurer. Also it's not a need it's a tool of oppression and a survival method. It's not ours as women have nothing to do with inventing feminity. The penis brains can have it since they've always had it anyways. But don't ever think it'll make the penis havers women.
