There's quite a bit of documentation of men pretending they're women hiding and outright lying about the real fallout of their surgeries for fear of being labelled "transphobic", only to come clean some time later about how they're now incontinent, had umpteen revision surgeries and have just been left in constant pain and discomfort. If all the reports you've read are sunshine and roses, and anyone with negative results is labelled as evil for discussing them, that's good cause to be extremely sus. I mean hell, Jazz Jennings was on national TV saying he wanted to warn others of the complications of his surgery and Janette gave him hell for it, because it not being acknowledged as grotesque mutation it is was more important to her than the health and well-being of her own sun. I kinda pity penis butcherers enough to not make fun of them. We all know it doesn't look anything like real vagina, and that he will regret it once he's older and still dilating. Regarding SRS vagina:

I had a 2-hour-long phone conversation with my friend who is post-op. I saw her results months ago when she was in town. Her vulva looks good to me. If I had to critique her vulva, I would say that it looks maybe a bit too perfect and too geometrical, for lack of a better word, whereas cis vaginas tend to be more “scrambled up” or doodled. It’s hard to explain what I mean without using evocative analogies or imagery. Imagine a nose that is too perfect and aesthetically pleasing but that looks slightly surgically altered compared to a nose that is bulbous, crooked, less pleasing, but unaltered.

She is brutally honest. She doesn’t sugarcoat things. She told me that her orgasms are very intense BUT she only has clitoral orgasms. She says that penetration alone does nothing for her and that there has to be clitoral stimulation. That if there is no clitoral stimulation and the guy is big, the penetration is painful. If there is clitoral stimulation, she can orgasm.

She said that she was told by her clients that she would never experience an orgasm or at, at best, it would be “muted” (her words), but instead she has very strong orgasms. I believe her because what she said is consistent with other reliable reports I have read. And, as I said, she is very blunt.

As for dating, she is very beautiful. I mean, VERY beautiful. She says that she would always get turned down when she outed herself, but now that she no longer discloses her trans history, things are going much better for her and that guys treat her like a human being and not like a downgrade. It made me think because if someone as beautiful as her is rejected when she outs herself, imagine normal-looking trans women. She says that being post-op made things easier for her only when she put the “trans” label behind her.
