I would feel terrible if someone got fired because of me.
This guy is bragging about it and got 1100 upvotes.
This!
I'm super reluctant to complain even when I'm justified in doing so. Because I don't want to be the reason that some poor schmuck struggling at their minimum wage job got in trouble or fired. But this dude thinks it's a flex
A real woman would be called a "karen" and torn apart if she fantasized about getting baristas fired for minor mistakes on their first day
A person has to be a complete asshole for me to complain and usually I complain anonymously anyway.
This is a subreddit for males who like to perv on women, so duh. Of course 1100 of them are horrible human beings.
I mean. Getting someone fired for not bowing to your delusion still isn't as bad as enabling men raping women in prison, and pretty much all MTFs are happily doing the latter, so ...
It'd honestly surprise me to find a TIM with a working conscience.
The "good ones" do shit like...admit they're men and don't use the women's bathroom. The bar is in hell for tims
These people's fantasies are so ridiculous. It's all memememememe.
How is this scenario supposed to work? Does this TIM go under cover until a new hire is ready to make drinks and then sneakily gets in line with his ultra complex drink order and if the new hire gets it wrong then what? He wipes off his lipstick and says, "guess who, fucker"?
I'm willing to bet the shred of truth in this is, TIM barista was working and someone, perhaps the shift supervisor, joked- "hey we should make the new hire prepare your drink order because then we would know if they are ready to be on bar yet- haha". Then TIM went on a daydream about it and thought, "huh imma add that to Reddit when I get home".
This really does read as total fiction lol
I really hope this is just this guy's fap fantasy and not an actual true story. Because it's a shitty way to test employees (especially female employees, who are more likely to fail this test).
I believe its a lie because sooooo many businesses have trouble finding and retaining decent help. So I highly doubt they'd immediately kick a new hire out the door just because she called an obvious man "sir" while making his latte
Also, assuming this story is true, does he really think its a flex that he's such a pain in the ass that the local coffee shop uses him to train newbies in handling difficult customers? 🤣
Does the owner of the coffee shop in this fan fiction know that the employees are deliberately wasting product over some weird mind game with the new hires and a single customer?
Oh well, I guess from a business owner's point of view it makes sense to test whether your new wage-slaves have their free will sufficiently eroded that they will call a man a woman. You don't wanna hire people who might get uppity and think they have rights or anything like that.
Who wants to bet this is all in his head lol
I'm glad they have so many employees who are reliable that they can cult test all new hires
I guess that labor shortage is over! 🤣
