I used to think "trans" was in part a way for closeted men to come out as homosexual/bisexual in a way that felt psychologically safer to them due to internalized homophobia, but now I think that most TIMs are sexually fluid/bisexual PLUS the driving factor is the AGP/sexual gratification from pretending to be a "woman"/fetishistic transvestitism. Example: Gigi Gorgeous, who always used to say he was gay (straight as a 'transwoman'), then came out as pansexual and married Nats Getty (TIF). I think that even homosexual TIMs like many of the ones on Drag Race get off from humiliation fetish of pretending to be female to the world.
Edit: And obviously porn addiction and trans identification in males goes hand-in-hand/ are extremely comorbid.
Edit 2: Men are so stupid because they can't even fathom that to women "sex" is not just "sex" no matter what the "genders" are, because only one combination of gametes results can result in pregnancy, and we women have to be ever-mindful of that because we bear the burden of childbirth and care.
Porn is not sex... Firstly, in that it never represents reality. Secondly, it's literally a screen, it's a digital representation and of people doing it. It's not actually sex. "Leci n'est pas une pipe" moment.

I’ve talked about this before but I really wonder if taking all those wrong sex hormones alters their sexualities in some way.
I have seen so many lesbian TIFs suddenly wanting to have sex with men and gay TIMs wanting to be with women. It’s not something that would occur naturally so it’s either something they take or some mind fuckery their brains play on them - maybe not looking like they used to triggers it ?
I don’t believe they were just lying and were bisexual from the start, there’s no treason to lie about being opposite sex attracted.
I think it's the porn that alters their sexuality tbh

Isn’t that partly what conversion therapy used to be ? Watching straight porn didn’t « cure » homosexual people back in the days so why would it work now ?

And hips, and having a 'female' ass, waist, face, makeup, etc.... I truly think the AGP layer can be added on to any homosexual TIM who goes for body mods. The only TIM I'd believe isn't AGP is one who never took hormones or body mods purely out of choice.
Edit: I truly think the body mods are intrinsically enmeshed with the humiliation fetish/forced feminization aspect.
I think for a lot of men there is definite shame in being same sex attracted - they see it as being shameful and not masculine. This is something I've heard from many men in my life (that it would be shameful to be a gay/bi male, in fact it's preached in churches to love the sin not the sinner - but I come from a more conservative circle than some). So they take wrong sex hormones and say it unlocked some part of them that is attracted to men, when in reality if they had a modicum of true introspection or self-awareness, they'd have known they were attracted to men the whole time but not open to it - that's my observation and thesis after reading about so many men's experiences on reddit.
For women, I do think testosterone makes them incredibly horny and so have less sexual boundaries. Even "straight" male body builders who take T sometimes start fucking and sucking other men on the DL because the testosterone makes them ferally horny - so I think that is a common side effect of anyone taking T.
Edit: To be clear, I think male and female sexualities are totally different and barely comparable.
Edit 2: Bisexual identification for males can be especially taboo, I've read. But I've also read that males typically fall to one binary or the other of their attraction, they don't tend to be equally or near equally attracted to both sexes, the way women can be. Bisexuality between the sexes is totally different psychologically and can barely be compared.
