I like Avant-Garde Vegan (Gaz Oakley). He has some great veganized dishes especially holiday favorites. I also like his protein-focused meals. I have his first cookbook, it is great and really made my first year of veganism much easier.

I also really adore Rachel Ama’s recipes, very approachable and not too complicated.

Thank you for your recommendations. I am always looking for new vegan recipes and such!

Ooooh yes, that Avant-Garde Vegan channel looks awesome!

Rachel Ama looks good too! I'm not a huge fan of complicated, so that's perfect for me. And she has the same color dutch oven that I do, so ya know we're kindred spirits. :D

I can only recommend a couple of channels in Russian if anyone here is interested

I'd say go for it, you never know who might be popping by. :)

One of my favourite vegan channels is Jess Beautician's. Shows recipes in a really pleasing way, very calm and easy-to-follow - and delicious-looking.

Oooh her thumbnails are gorgeous. I'll have to check her out!

I've been watching a lot of Sauce Stache's videos where he tries to turn every plant into "meat." Although, the only one of his recipes I made was his pink-oyster mushroom "bacon" one, which turned out pretty good. And, not a strictly vegan channel, but Weird Explorer taste tests all sorts of plants (mostly fruit).

I also like Doesn't Taste Like Chicken, Pickup Limes, Wicked Healthy, Bosh.Tv, and Hot for Food.

I've never heard of Sauce Stache before, but just browsing the thumbnails I'm super intrigued!

I do love Pickup Limes for the aesthetic of the kitchen she films in. :D
