I just got some dried black beluga lentils, which I have never tried before. They are so tiny and cute! Any suggestions for good lentil recipes that might be fun with this variety?

These lentils are good for making vegan bolognese pasta. Or an Indian black dal. You could put them in a chilli or a soup, or even a salad or braise them, I guess it depends on how involved/time consuming a recipe you're willing to use. I think the Dal Makhani is the most black lentil-specific recipe I know of. Anyway here are some I found from some websites I frequent for recipes:
