I don't go there very often, but I might read an article every now and then.

So I was reading an article with iron-rich recipes and this passage just made my eyes roll:

"Why is iron important? The recommended iron intake range is approximately 8.7 mg per day for men and 14.8 mg per day for women or people who menstruate. This amount goes up to around 30 mg for people who are pregnant."

Like seriously?
