FoodWhere are the soy products?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Trader Joe's for example no longer carries soy creamer or soy yogurt (I think they also don't have oat creamer or yogurt), everything is nut-based now. (I know they have soy and oat milk).

It coincided with the beginning of the pandemic when there seemed to be a tofu shortage and also Wildwood soy creamer (which I think was TJ's supplier) was discontinued.

But every store I go to now, in multiple states there may only be Silk brand soy creamer and everything else is coconut, cashew, almond, hazelnut, etc.

I prefer low fat/higher protein products so I prefer soy, I like the taste of oat, and I despise my coffee tasting like suntan location/coconut.

Edit: I think this is also in response to all the keto/paleo/anti-soy macho diets going on. Men wouldn't touch soy yogurt, but coconut is "primal" and okay.
