Hi there fellow vegan femenists:) So, the ones, who work out, so what's your usual pre/post work out meal?
I usually eat lentils/backwheat with tinned beans/ backwheat with soy meat/pasta with beans/pasta with soy meat/veggie salad with lots of tofu.
I try eating high-protein meals about 2 or 3 hours before my training, and just before the training I drink banans smoothie.
