Until I found this recipe I'd never heard of "soya chunks" which are apparently large chunks of TVP. I don't like TVP largely because I don't like fine chunks of stuff like that. It has an amazing protein content without many other calories though, and seems cheap, so I'm going to set out on learning to make the chunks taste good. I'm hoping to figure them out for "beef" and mushroom stroganoff and spiced "beef" gyros.
