I like to browse Ovarit on and off throughout the day, but mostly first thing in the morning when I am drinking my coffee. I love Ovarit because it genuinely feels like I am interacting with all women here, although I know we sometimes have gender critical gay men chime in, and an occasional interloper. It's just so rare to find this anywhere on the internet these days.
I also like that the women here don't police each other to "be kind" about everything and we are allowed to breathe and be spicy when we want to be. I've had my share of arguments here, but I do try to de-escalate and remember the human on the other end.
I love seeing news articles and calls to activism that I'd probably miss if I were left to my own devices.
Sometimes I think I should make my posts here a bit more "intentional" with a mind to serving this community in a more constructive way. Following on this thought, I was just wondering what you all think would improve your experience or what you think might make Ovarit more successful in terms of audience reach, while maintaining its integrity.
Edit: Thanks for all of the engagement with this post. I will try to catch up on missed comments tomorrow.
The technical term is twink, and they can only “pass” so long as they stay very skinny (doable but easy to lose) and young (impossible).
Not just skinny but also wear heavy makeup, watch lighting, take care with angles, and depend heavily on photoshopping/filters
He "passes" only to the degree his photos pass. When you see unfiltered/unaltered photos of him, he's unmistakably male.
His profile is painfully male. He looks a lot more feminine from the front, but the moment he turns his head...ouch.
