As a woman, I'm very cold natured and freezing all the time. I actually got sort of depressed over it when I was living somewhere else, being freezing in my house and never being able to get warm made me not want to leave my bed. I love to be bundled up and warm, regardless of the season. (Also yes my iron/hormone levels are normal, i checked). Usually I am most bothered by my feet and head being cold.
Do you think wool socks are worth the investment? I think they might help, but haven't gotten any yet as they're more pricey.
Is heat tech clothing helpful? I can't tell if it's worth the investment or if it's just branding made to make a regular shirt seem like it's worth more than it actually is.
Does anybody have any tips or hacks that help them feel warm/comfortable?
